The Benana Leaf is a specially multi-cuisine where our Chefs juggle up an astonishing array of delectable fare from around world. The airy interiors make dining here an experience to savour.
In addition to continental and American breakfast we will alternate between various Kerala breakfasts such as dosas, appams, idlis, vadas, puttu etc. Also available daily are eggs to order, Muesli, Cereals, Fresh fruits and yoghurt. A full fledged buffet will be available most of the days.
We will serve a mouth-watering mix of various Kerala dishes on a Thali (plate with various portions of diverse dishes) and fish n chicken marinated in Kerala spices like cardamom, black pepper, mustard seeds and crushed kadi leaves. We will serve the healthiest salads on offer in Kerala and a good range of sandwiches in fresh brown breads
The menu is topped by seafood specialties and authentic Kerala dishes including Karimeen supplemented by exotic south Indian, Panjabi and continental delights. A sumptuous buffet option is available on weekends.
